On the basis of the questionnaire an experimental design can be drawn, using two groups of subjects: one group consisting of high level positions, maybe people working in Human Resource Management, and the other group being composed of university students or people holding different positions, non-managerial. The hypothesis would be aimed at testing gender stereotypes for higher position and lower position employees. A second hypothesis that will be tested is refers to the possibility that Human Resources Management employees to be more prejudiced (more affected by) in what concerns gender roles.

Any research study should be very careful in establishing the relationships of cause and effect and should avoid ethical problems (dilemmas). The study suggested should take into consideration cultural differences and individual differences...
